: With the by-election of Pabna-4 (Ishwardi-Atgharia) constituency on September 26.

Bangladesh Awami League Organizing Secretary SM Kamal has arrived in Ishwardi on a two-day political visit.

 When SM Kamal reached Ishwardi's Muladuli at 4.30 pm on Friday (September 4), party leaders and workers greeted him with flowers.

 Later at 5.30 pm, former Member of Parliament and former Land Minister of Pabna-4 constituency Shamsur Rahman Sharif paid homage to Dilu's grave with flowers at Laxmikunda village and offered prayers for the forgiveness of his soul.

 District Awami League Adviser Punjab Ali Biswas, Ishwardi Municipality Mayor Abul Kalam Azad Mintu, Pabna Sadar Upazila Parishad Chairman Mosharraf Hossain, Ishwardi Upazila Parishad Acting Chairman Abdus Salam Khan, District Awami League Joint Secretary Bashir Ahmed Bakul, Juba League leader Dolan Biswas were present on the occasion.  Rakibul Hasan Rony, president of Ishwardi Upazila Chhatra League, chairmen of various union parishads, local Awami League, Juba League, Swechchhasebak League, leaders and activists of different levels of Chhatra League were present at the time.

 Organizing Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League SM Kamal will be present at the memorial meeting of late former land minister Shamsur Rahman Sharif Dilu MP, a veteran politician, linguist and freedom fighter of Pabna-4 (Ishwardi-Atgharia) constituency on September 5 tomorrow.  Exchange views and directions.
